We have occasionally had issues where the Windows uninstaller left traces of Pumas in the Windows Registry. Could you please try to open the Registry Editor, e.g. by typing regedit in the run dialog) and then search for “Pumas” and delete any remaining entries in the registry.
Even after following the steps outlined above, I am still experiencing this problem! Kindly do the needful. Thank you!
