I am encountering an error while trying to use Pumas in Julia.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if you require further details.
Thank you
Would you be able to uninstall the current version (2.6.0) of Pumas with the “Add and remove programs” application in Windows and then install Pumas 2.6.1 by following the instructions at PumasAI?
Thanks
Andreas
Could you please confirm that the file libiompmd5.dll
exists at the path shown in the stacktrace?
Which CPU does your machine have and are you running any anti virus that might be blocking file access?
Windows 10 Pro,Intel(R) Core™ i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz , and there are no antivirus softwares. i was able to use it earlier, this issue started recently 4 days ago
Could you please try to delete your .julia
folder and then double click the “Pumas 2.6” icon on your desktop and let us know if that resolves the issue. Both steps might take a bit of time.
Did anything with you computer four days ago?
no, i just downloaded some files from my email and tried opening and running them. those where some model codes which i had created earlier.
i just try clicking on debug option, this is what it says
Are you able to start and use Pumas if you launch it with the desktop icon?
