Dear Pumas Community - are there any folks experienced/interested in drug development/regulatory related topics in this forum? I recently came across a new version of population PK guidance issued by US FDA. What has changed in this version compared to the previous one from circa 1999.

yes, the new guidance was made available a few weeks ago after being the draft form for years.
