Source for PK/PD Models

Hi all,

I am looking for a of PK/PD drug modeling repository (preferably multi-compartment models) that I can use to start modeling various drugs. Eventually, I would like to build models that incorporate multiple drugs with DDIs. Does anything like this exist? I haven’t been able to find it if it does.

Hey, sorry for the late response.

You are right that a repository like that is not available for Pumas right now. We are moving towards our Beta release and subsequently the 1.0 version, along with this the plan is to release a ton of tutorials and a translation of the DDMore model repository in Pumas, look out for announcements for that here. Meanwhile you can take a look at the existing tutorials (https://tutorials.pumas.ai) and maybe that can help you start getting your feet wet and experiment. We have some more tutorials ready that haven’t been added there but we would be happy to share if you had any specific requests.

No need to apologize.

I wasn’t even thinking of a Pumas specific repository, just one in general. Once I have the equations I can easily build the models in Pumas; I just don’t know where to find the PK/PD equations for various drugs. Does that make sense?

Maybe the DDMore model repository is what I have been searching for?

I’ll take a look. Will also scan the existing tutorials for examples I might have missed.

DDmore looks to be exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Can’t wait for ya’ll to come out with something similar for Pumas. Am surprised something more universal and more readable doesn’t exist (more readable than DDmore) that just contains the PK/PD equations in Latex.
