I am happy to announce that my co-authors and I recently completed a paper titled: “A Practitioner’s Guide to Bayesian Inference in Pharmacometrics using Pumas” which goes through all of the steps of a Bayesian workflow in pharmacometrics using Pumas. The paper includes detailed Pumas scripts paired with an intuitive explanation of the various concepts involved in a Bayesian analysis workflow in pharmacometrics. Check the paper out.
