Dear Sibu - thank you for posting and welcome to the Pumas community. I am not clear how are you trying to access Pumas.
- Can you please let me know where did you take that screenshot from?
- Pumas access on JuliaHub.com is by request only and not available to academics any longer.
- If you are an academic, please send an email from your registered academic email address to pfa@pumas.ai and you will receive desktop download instructions for Windows / Mac.

Good afternoon. I took this screenshot in the Pumas 2.6 version. After the installation of Pumas and VS, I added the Julia extension in VS as per the instructions sent in the mail. And then, I saw the YouTube videos regarding using Pumas in PK Simulation and modeling. From there, I got to know that JuliaHub is also needed for the launching of Pumas software. So, I tried to install it, but it is showing like that in the screenshot. My main concern is, I already installed Pumas and VS as per the instructions; now, how to use Pumas for PK Simulation and modeling without JuliaHub only. And I got access of Pumas from my academic mail only.

Once you have Pumas for academic licenses, you do not need JuliaHub any more. Can you point us to the video that you are referring to so that we can correct it

Since you are on the desktop version you don’t need to do anything specified in the video. Is your installation working now?
As per the installation guidelines sent in the mail, I installed both Pumas and VS, but I don’t understand how to use Pumas using the Command screen. I have clinical data on how to check their Pharmacokinetics using Pumas.
I did not get any reply to my last mail regarding use of Pumas
