RSE in NONMEM vs Pumas

Hello - for SE estimations is there a particular method I should be using in Pumas to match with NONMEM? I’m reproducing some work done in NONMEM and wanted to figure out how to get my RSE calculation to align.

  1. do the estimates match?
  2. when using infer are you using the default settings? If so, they should be the same as NONMEM.
  3. What is the nonmem $COVARIANCE look like?
