Module 4: Population PK and PK/PD Modeling with Pumas(data representation)

After adding the dvid columns, what is the meaning of “conc” and “pca” coloumn?
why they are important and why some values are missing in pca coloumn?

How to know whether the results we got or the plots we generated are correct or not. How do you think I could compare?

@vijay @mohamed82008

The conc column is the measured warfarin concentrations and pca is a measure of prothrombin complex activity. So they are the PK and the PD variables to be modeled.

Dear,

Could you be more specific? Is it still the same tutorial you are asking about?

Best,
Patrick
