I am new to Pumas and would really appreciate your help in reviewing my dataset (attached screenshot). The drug was administered at time 0, and some concentrations were measured after dosing on Day 1. The patient continued the medication every 24 hours. During the 3-month follow-up, drug concentrations were measured which is at 2160 hours, i.e before dosing to assess trough levels and 0.45 hours after dosing which is 2160.45 hours. Similarly, concentrations were also measured at 6 months before and after dosing**.
I have a specific doubt regarding the columns evid, amt, addl, ii, and ss. Are these coded appropriately for a repeated dosing regimen in Pumas? I want to confirm that the use ofss=1 and 2 for steady-state dosing, and the dosing interval is set up correctly.
