Error launching pumas IDE

I am trying to use Pumas through juliahub and one window popped up on right side with the following message:

“Cannot activate the ‘JuliaHub-Welcome’ extension because it depends on the ‘Julia’ extension, which is not loaded. Would you like to reload the window to load the extension?”
Please help me in this issue.

hi Dipti,

You are launching the wrong app. It is likely you are launching the JuliaIDE and not PumasIDE.

It was PumasIDE . Even I just checked couple minutes ago.

Hi Dipti,

Have you tried submitting a ticket to support.pumas.ai? If it’s a problem specific to your account, that would be the place to go.
