Cannot upload CSV file to study. Error message

Hello,

Can you please help me with an error I received whenever I try to upload a dataset as a CSV file to a study.

The error says “ iv_bolus_sd.csv is not supported. Please try again.”
I made sure that the file type is correctly saved as a CSV file.

How can I fix this?

Are you trying to upload into PumasCP?

Hi, yes I am using Firefox. What browser should I use? I have Microsoft Edge on my computer.

Thank you for your help. The problem is resolved when I opened PumasCP in Microsoft Edge. Can you tell me how I can make sure that PumasCP automatically opens in Microsoft Edge? I want to keep Firefox as my default browser but I don’t want to copy paste the PumasCP URL every time I run the program.
