I was attempting to output a report, but when I checked my output folder, it was gone, completely deleted from my system.
Thankfully, my code window was still open. I was able to save my code in a different location; in the event the folder was deleted again. I tried to recreate the folder and run the report again, and as before the folder vanished.
What’s strange is that I’ve successfully run reports before. So based on that and the below error messages, I do not think the issue is my code but the VS Code/Julia.
2.8.1 uses Julia 1.11, rather than the 1.12 that that error message lists, so it’s a bit odd that this could be impacting your Pumas version.
Can you confirm that when you launch Pumas 2.8.1 and immediately run versioninfo() in the REPL that it prints 1.11, not 1.12? Before you do any using Pumas calls.
This will sound crazy, but I am able to use Pumas again. I even ran using Pumas and I’m not receiving the Julia language server errors.
I still cannot run reports though. It’s as if the code runs fine but there isn’t a report in my folder structure. I saw online this could be due to an issue with wkhtmltopdf. But I don’t see how my previous issue with Julia language server and the report not printing to be related. Any ideas?
Hi, yes we’ll need those details that @vijay is asking for above.
None of our reporting (to my knowledge) uses this wkhtmltopdf tool, so we’ll need to know what it is that is being run exactly and the error messages that are printing out for it specifically.
