# LicenseSpring cache

Windows 11, Julia 1.11.8, Pumas 2.8.1. Project installation succeeds and project activates correctly. `using Pumas` fails before license entry with `BundleLoader load_bundle failed for PumasLicenseManager (rc=12)`. `import PumasLicenseManager` produces the same error. Julia can successfully reach [`https://api.licensespring.com`](https://api.licensespring.com/ "https://api.licensespring.com") with HTTP 200. The old LicenseSpring cache was moved aside, but the error persists.
