Please see Julia +Pumas@2.7.0 installation error: UndefVarError: `project_resolve_hash` not defined in `Pkg.Types` - #3 by Michael, which is the same issue. Until the fix is released for this what can be done is setting your default Juliaup channel to 1.11 rather than 1.12.
